Role: Physician Growth Partners served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in their Orthopedic private equity partnership process. The Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine process resulted in a transaction consummated with ASC Ortho, a recently formed orthopedic private equity platform established by Atlantic Street Capital. The geography, size and overall alignment of the two groups made for an optimal and ideal orthopedic private equity partnership. Atlantic Street Capital has since rebranded the Orthopedic platform to Aligned Orthopedic Partners, as the partnership continues to grow.
