Role: PGP advised The Woman’s Group (“TWG”) in their recent partnership with Femwell, a leading Women’s Health Management Services Organization (MSO) founded in 1997. A year later in 1998, The Woman’s Group was founded by Dr Madelyn Butler, and 25+ years later TWG has grown to 4 office locations and over 30 healthcare providers. The transaction represents the largest partnership Femwell has completed in its nearly 30 years of existence.
