Role: PGP advised Lexington, KY-based Dermatology Consultants (“Derm Consultants”) in their transaction with Forefront Dermatology, a portfolio company of Partners Group. Derm Consultants has 12 providers, 3 clinic locations, and has been serving the greater Lexington area since 1976. The practice will be able to invest in continued growth while maintaining their local brand, as well as clinical autonomy.
