Role: PGP advised Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana (“USNWI”) in a recent transaction with Solaris Health Partners (“Solaris”), the largest private equity-backed urology platform in the US and a portfolio company of Lee Equity Partners. USNWI has 12 providers who serve 22,000 patients each year. It has locations in Merrillville, Highland, Hobart, and Valparaiso.
