Role: Physician Growth Partners advised Peachtree Dermatology Associates (Peachtree) in its recent transaction with PhyNet Dermatology (PhyNet), a private equity-backed dermatology platform and portfolio company of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Boston-based Century Equity Partners. Since 1957 Peachtree has provided market-leading aesthetic and medical dermatology services to Atlanta’s metro area. This is the second Georgia-based dermatology transaction PGP has concluded with PhyNet in 2023.
