Role: Physician Growth Partners served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Hodari MD Dermatology & Rejuvené (Hodari MD), in its recent partnership with PhyNet Dermatology (PhyNet), a private equity-backed dermatology platform and portfolio company of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Boston-based Century Equity Partners. Founded by Dr. Kafele T. Hodari in 2017, Hodari MD provides med spa and medical dermatology services at three locations in Northern California.
