Ryan Bibergall

Ryan Bibergall joined is a transaction advisor at PGP supporting healthcare companies and physician groups in their private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. In his role, Ryan works closely with clients throughout the transaction process, supporting financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. He serves as an extension of the client’s management team, helping manage the day-to-day execution of the process and keeping transactions moving efficiently toward a successful outcome.

Prior to joining PGP, Ryan worked as an investment banking analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. He joined PGP because of the firm’s track record advising on healthcare transactions, its strong reputation, its culture, and its commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Ryan is originally from Wheaton, Illinois. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fitness and weightlifting, quality time with friends and family, and following Chicago sports. 

Ryan graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
