Nick Charalab

Nick Charalab is a Vice President at PGP, where he advises healthcare companies and physician groups on private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. Nick works closely with clients and senior leadership throughout the transaction process, providing strategic guidance, overseeing transaction execution, and helping clients navigate key decisions from initial preparation through closing. His responsibilities include managing financial analysis, marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. Nick serves as a trusted extension of the client’s management team, helping lead transaction processes and ensure they are executed efficiently and successfully.

Nick joined PGP after graduating from Indiana University, beginning his career with the firm as an intern in 2021. Since then, he has continued to grow within PGP, consistently proving himself and advancing to his current role as Vice President. At PGP, he has completed nearly 20 transactions.

Nick is from Northbrook, Illinois. During his downtime, he enjoys traveling, supporting Indiana Football, the Chicago Bears and playing golf.

Nick graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics.
