Juliette Pike

Juliette Pike is a transaction advisor at PGP supporting healthcare companies and physician groups in their private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. In her role, Juliette works closely with clients throughout the transaction process, supporting financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. She serves as an extension of the client’s management team, helping manage the day-to-day execution of the process and keeping transactions moving efficiently toward a successful outcome.

Prior to joining PGP, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Back Bay Life Science Advisors. She decided to join PGP because it felt like a natural transition from working in biotechnology M&A into healthcare services, allowing her to stay in a broader industry she is genuinely passionate about. She was drawn to PGP’s reputation on the street as a top healthcare advisor known for building trusted, long-term client relationships.

Juliette is from New Jersey but currently lives in Boston. During her downtime, she enjoys supporting New York sports, watching Manchester United, and working out.

Juliette graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Economics. Her capstone research project examined and challenged the leading theory behind Alzheimer’s Disease.
