Jordan Vetrone

Jordan Vetrone is a Senior Associate at PGP, where he advises healthcare companies and physician groups on private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, including financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. Jordan plays a central role in managing day-to-day transaction execution, serving as an extension of the client’s management team and helping drive processes efficiently from preparation through closing.

Prior to joining PGP, he spent several years advising founder-led businesses across a range of industries, gaining broad experience in sell-side M&A and private company transactions. He decided to join PGP because of their exceptional reputation in the marketplace and the quality of engagements that they work on. Throughout his career and at PGP, he has completed 15+ transactions totalling over $1bn in enterprise value. 

Jordan is from Upstate NY. During his downtime, he enjoys staying active, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Jordan graduated from The University of Tampa with a major in finance.
