Jason Kroin

Jason Kroin is a transaction advisor at PGP supporting healthcare companies and physician groups in their private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. In his role, Jason works closely with clients throughout the transaction process, supporting financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. He serves as an extension of the client’s management team, helping manage the day-to-day execution of the process and keeping transactions moving efficiently toward a successful outcome.

Jason is from Northbrook Illinois. During his downtime, he enjoys supporting Indiana Football and Chicago sports, playing tennis, and spending time with family. His passion for healthcare began at home, where he saw firsthand the dedication his mother brings to her patients as a pediatrician. That drew him to PGP, where he is proud to be part of a team known for their outstanding reputation and track record on helping independent physicians find the right partners to grow.

Jason graduated from Indiana University with dual degrees from Kelley School of Business in Accounting and Finance.
