Alec Staub

Alec Staub is a Senior Associate at PGP, where he advises healthcare companies and physician groups on private equity partnerships and strategic transactions. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, including financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations, and coordination among key stakeholders. Alec plays a central role in managing day-to-day transaction execution, serving as an extension of the client’s management team and helping drive processes efficiently from preparation through closing.

Prior to joining PGP, he worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. as an Analyst covering healthcare services. He decided to join PGP for its healthcare specialization, quality relationships with physician leaders, and bespoke approach towards complex transactions. Throughout his career and at PGP, Alec has completed over ten transactions.

Alec is from Fishers, Indiana, but currently lives in Chicago. During his downtime, he enjoys supporting Indiana Football, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Alec graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics.
